Most projects are completed in 3 to 7 business days depending on pool size, type, and access. Larger concrete pools or sites with limited access may take a bit longer.
Yes. We handle all permitting for you as part of our service. This includes demolition permits and any required environmental inspections.
On partial removals, most of the pool shell remains in place and in full removals, all the concrete is hauled off to an approved recycling facility.
The backfilled pool area is suitable to support a new structure if the removal is done according to the soils engineer's recommendations. For engineered removals, we backfill in 6"–12" lifts with compaction testing at each stage, and the engineer issues a compaction report upon completion. The type of structure you can build in the backfilled area will depend on the specific requirements of your local Building Department.
